Trigger device with smoke detector type AOR (room surveillance)
Connected to the electric engine of the fire protection closure FIRESAFE R90, in order to initiate automatical closure.
Consists of:
- 2 optical smoke detectors ORS 142
- 2 mounting bases for a. P. montage 143 A
- 1 controlling device STG 001
- 1 pushbutton DKT 002

Capillary tube sensor type TLR-72/100
For additional detection inside the tube system
Capillary tube sensor with reset button and spiral protection tube, trigger temperature 72°C
Optionally:
Capillary tube sensor with reset button and spiral protection tube, trigger temperature 100°C
Pushbutton type DKT 002
Needed for external closure, in case multiple FIRESAFE R90 are controlled with the controlling device STG 001.
Time delay relay typ ZVR
Delays closure from 0 up to 120 seconds.
Consists of:
- time delay relay
- top-hat rail for installation into controlling device STG 001
Drain outlet
Needed in order to remove incidental liquids (oil mist, washing exhaust air) permanently or periodically from the FIRESAFE R90
Drain outlet 1 1/4 "; material V2a; length 50mm
Cleaning aperture
Needed for extraction of solids (flour, sawdust, etc.). Cleaning the FIRESAFE R90 can be done without affecting the production.
Special rubber seal
Needed in order to minimize the intrusion of the conveyed solid goods (short textile fibres, sawdust, etc.) into the FIRESAFE R90.
Connection pipes sliding nipples SNI/SNA and flat flange FL
In all cases, the FIRESAFE R90 is delivered with smooth pipe sockets! Because of the sliding nipples a quick and easy flange connection onto the tube/channel system is possible
Connection tubes:
- flat flange: type FL with elongated hole, galvanized
- sliding nipple inside type SNI, side 15 mm, length 100 mm, galvanized
- sliding nipple outside type SNA, side 10 mm, length 100 mm, galvanized
