- general construction supervision test report
Nr. P-3943/8797 - construction material class A1 according to DIN 4102-1 part 1
Provisions of the state construction laws:
When installing components in terms of fire safety regulations into walls and ceilings, the resulting gaps are to be filled with non-flammable materials of construction material class A1.
Preliminaries - processing time:
Hydrosafe fire protection casting compound is to be mixed with the required amount of water. Immediately after, the encapsuling can be started. When mixed, the compound will remain fluid up to one hour. Additional compressing after spreading the compound is not necessary either.
Special features:
In the case of fire, HYDROSAFE fire protection casting compound offers a high level of efficiency. The substances anhydrite and alpha hemihydrate contained in the casting compound are almost completely converted into calcium sulfate dihydrate by the added water. During this process, almost 95% of the water is converted into crystalline water. The crystalline water will be re-liquified at about 140° C and will be released. This process will absorb great amounts of energy in the case of fire
